  1. What trainings do you offer? 

We offer, the following trainings:

  1. How long do the trainings run for?
  • CPR; 1 full day from 08:30hrs to 16:00hrs
  • Basic First Aid; 2 full days from 08:30hrs to 16:00hrs
  • Advanced first Aid; 4-5 full days from 08:30hrs to 16:00hrs for advanced, you need to undergo the basic first aid training first, as it is a pre requisite).

  • Fire Marshal Training: one (1) full day from 08:30hrs to 16:00hrs

  1. Where do you conduct the trainings from?
  • We follow institutions/corporate companies to their preferred venue of training.

  • We have a training centre at our premises in Longacres, along Los Angeles boulevard road where we conduct trainings. Companies and individuals can come through for the training.

  1. Do you offer certification after the training?

  • Yes, certification is issued to the participants after the training, and it is valid for three (3) years.

  1. How do I contact you for First Aid training information/or to sign up for the course?
  • You can visit us physically at our offices; Plot 2837 Los Angeles Boulevard, Longacres, opposite Lusaka Boys Secondary school.

  1. Do you offer refresher courses?

Yes, we do to boost confidence and sharpen the skills more in real-life situation. Our refresher courses also assist to stay up to date with new safety guidelines.
 

  1.  Can I take a course that is tailored to my industry?
  • Yes. We provide specialized First Aid training programs tailored to industry needs, for example, Construction, Agriculture, Transport & Logistics and many more. These programs come in packages such as First Aid on the Road, Caregivers' package, Student package and many more.
  1. Are there any discounts for group trainings? 
  • Yes. We offer special rates or discount packages for group trainings. These could be a specific minimum number of Students or caregivers or farm employees.
  1. Are Zambia Red Cross Society’s Certificates recognized internationally? 
  • Yes, and this recognition aligns us with the global Red Cross network.
