In line with its growth strategy, the department is spearheading several flagship projects aimed at boosting institutional sustainability and service delivery. These include the establishment of the ZRCS Training Centre. The newly refurbished ZRCS Lodge will provide comfortable and affordable accommodation, serving both as a revenue-generating asset and a logistical base. Additionally, the ZRCS National Warehouse is being developed as a critical hub for emergency preparedness and supply chain management, enhancing the Society's ability to respond swiftly and efficiently to disasters nationwide.
