The visit aimed to strengthen collaboration and review ongoing initiatives between the IFRC and ZRCS. During the engagement, he met with ZRCS management and partners, including the Netherlands Red Cross and Climate Smart Programming teams, to discuss key areas such as the National Society Investment Alliance, Localization Alliance, and resource mobilization plans.
He is also scheduled to take part in the validation of the ZRCS Strategic Plan 2026–2030, which sets the direction for the Society’s work over the next five years. The visit highlights IFRC’s continued commitment in supporting ZRCS to advance its humanitarian mission and strengthening local capacity.
